Artist Profile
Rosemary Welsh
I’m Rosemary, and I see the world a little differently.
I live with synesthesia. Words and numbers carry colour. Travel inspires. Earth and sky brim with myriad colours. Time has shapes and patterns.
I read emotion through the curve of a shoulder, the stance, the space between a figure and the horizon. My silhouettes ask questions I deliberately leave unanswered. Is this person grieving, or grateful? Waiting, or finally free?
Colour is never decoration. It is feeling made visible.
