Hali was born to her English mother and Persian father in Bristol UK and spent her childhood in both England and Iran. Her mixed heritage and culture inspire a lot of her art.

Hali discovered her love of art early on, always drawing, painting and creating. She still remembers a teacher telling her mother she would be an artist one day! Sadly life got in the way and she stopped listening to her inner voice to continue creating, Hali didn’t pick up a paintbrush again until a few years ago at the age of 37! Although every career move she made as an adult involved a level of artistry, from her first self-employed job as a makeup artist to her second successful business as an award-winning cake artist. Hali was always creating and designing something and she never stopped believing that teacher.

Hali mainly paints abstract art in acrylics on canvas, she also creates with watercolour and oils and enjoys all three mediums. She has prints available, as well as original pieces of work available to purchase.
