After a long career in children’s book publishing as an illustrator, author and designer, Gerald Hawksley is enjoying illustrating a parallel universe of happy robots, talking animals and wonky UFOs.

His stencil images merge street art, folk art and primitive graphic design onto recycled vintage postcards, amongst other things
