Georgina Peters, better known by friends and family as simply George, is an abstract artist based in Taunton, Somerset. George works from her studio creating bold, colourful & beautiful pieces of abstract art. After briefly studying fauvism while at college, George became fascinated with colour and the effects it can have on our mood and emotions. With that in mind George set out to create colourful vibrant pieces, full of life that lift your spirit and bring joy when you look at them. ‘If colour can have such an effect on us, why not fill our home with art that sparks joy, love and hope. ‘ Although she has been painting and being creative most of her life, George started selling her original abstract paintings in 2017 and has slowly been growing her signature styles and palettes ever since.
