Profile
Taking inspiration from the natural landscape, I create painterly etchings, drypoints, monotypes and screen prints suggesting atmosphere and inviting the viewer to interpret as they wish.
Working on my beautiful Hunter Penrose etching press in my studio in Bath, I’m always learning and keen to experiment and develop my practice.
Where To Find Me
I work in my home studio in Bath. As a Bear Flat Artist, I take part in the annual art trail every May and in the Bear Flat Christmas Art Fair. I exhibit across the South West and in London at Printmaking Exhibitions. I post details on exhibitions on my instagram @carolbaines100 and on my website www.carolbainesfineart.co.uk.
