Shipping Policy
Postage and packing is free on all orders over £100. Postage and packing for orders under £100 is set at £10 per order. All posted work is sent via a 1st class Royal Mail tracked and recorded service. We will advise you when the work is sent and send you the tracking information once confirmed. You should expect to receive your artwork within 3-5 working days after confirmed purchase. For heavy items, bulk orders and international shipping please contact me in advance to discuss options. I offer a 10% discount against the sale price on collections on all purchases – collections can be made from my home address in Chippenham (Wiltshire), UK.

Buy any artwork via bcaf.co.uk and if you are not over the moon, simply return it in the original condition within 14 days. When we have confirmed its condition with the artist or gallery, you will get a full refund.
Here is what you need to know to make a return:
- Act within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Keep the artwork in the condition you received it, and pack it as it came. If the original packaging is not up to scratch, take a photo for us, repackage it securely and send it back.
- Remember, returning the artwork is your responsibility, including the cost and insuring the artwork in transit.
MY ARTWORK ARRIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION
If your new artwork does not arrive in gallery condition, snap a picture of the damage and reach out to us. We will talk to the artist to see if it is fixable or replaceable. If not, you can send it back for a refund.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO COME THROUGH?
Please allow up to 10 working days after we acknowledge your return to process your refund.
WHAT ARTWORKS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?
Non-returnable items include:
- Art that has been damaged post-delivery
- Commissioned or bespoke pieces
- Made-to-order or printed-to-order art
