SHIPPING COSTS

UK Shipping fees are included in the cost of the artwork. If you require the artwork to be  delivered outside the UK, please contact me via the contact box on my profile page with the full address. Please take care with the address as there will be no refund or compensation given if it proves impossible to deliver to the address given. Be aware that buyers will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply on International deliveries. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Prints are produced to order so please allow 3 days from the order being placed to the item being dispatched for A4 and A3 prints and up to 10 days from the order being placed to the item being dispatched for A2 prints.

DELIVERY

Every shipment is sent through traceable and insured channels to ensure the safe arrival of your artwork. Where possible, international shipments will be sent Delivery Duty Paid to avoid unexpected fees. You will be notified if, for any reason, this is not possible.

MAKING RETURNS EASY

If you wish to return an item, our 14-day return policy is there for your peace of mind. Please keep the original packaging intact and ensure that the artwork remains undamaged, as this is crucial for a successful return.

Buy any artwork via bcaf.co.uk and if you are not over the moon, simply return it in the original condition within 14 days. When we have confirmed its condition with the artist or gallery, you will get a full refund.

Here is what you need to know to make a return:

  • Act within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Keep the artwork in the condition you received it, and pack it as it came. If the original packaging is not up to scratch, take a photo for us, repackage it securely and send it back.
  • Remember, returning the artwork is your responsibility, including the cost and insuring the artwork in transit.

MY ARTWORK ARRIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION

If your new artwork does not arrive in gallery condition, snap a picture of the damage and reach out to us. We will talk to the artist to see if it is fixable or replaceable. If not, you can send it back for a refund.

Please allow up to 10 working days after we acknowledge your return to process your refund.

WHAT ARTWORKS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?

Non-returnable items include:

  • Art that has been damaged post-delivery
  • Commissioned or bespoke pieces
  • Made-to-order or printed-to-order art

Exception: If bespoke or made-to-order art is damaged upon arrival, we are here to help and will accept a return.
