Walkway spaces (new for 2027)

A dedicated walkway position without wall panels. Bring your own freestanding display setup.

A walkway position with two tall display panels for artists whose work needs hanging space.
Pitch: 2.44m wide x 2.4m high

Season booking offer
Book all eight 2027 events using eligible space types and receive a discount equal to one Standard Space.
The saving can be applied during the full-season booking process.
Professional Display Booths are excluded.
Refunds and date changes
Receive a 100% refund if BCAF cancels the event.
Non-refundable if you choose not to take up your space.
We can, however, change your dates subject to availability.
Promotional Features
- Online Listing: Artists will be featured on the BCAF website with a photo and link to their own website.
- Marketing: All print advertising and social media by BCAF. Participants are encouraged to spread the word!
What You'll Need
- Your Own Display: Easels, folding tables, etc. (depending on the space you have booked).
- Insurance: Participants are responsible for insuring themselves and their artwork.
- Card Payments: Most exhibitors use Card Readers; a cash machine is also available on-site.
General Information
- Free Parking: Available for your convenience.
- Staff Support: Assistance with set-up and pre-event queries.
- Preparation: Displays must be ready by 10 am and arranged to maximise sales potential.
- Weather Note: Although Green Park Station is undercover, we advise bringing warmer clothes during the autumn season.
